Izzy Rivera & Ruth Encarcion Update. Izzy Rivera & Ruth  Encarcion, Parents of 5 from Massachusetts, who had their family torn apart because they opted out of a vitamin K shot for their 7-month-old baby in the doctor's office, and were reported to DCF for medical neglect.

Supporters will not be allowed in the courtroom but can gather outside the courtroom or the courthouse.

There is garage parking at the bottom of the hill or to the left of the courthouse at the top of the hill, diagonally across from the courthouse.

DCF is saying they need a vehicle big enough to transport all five children. These are the kinds of obstacles they create to set families up to fail. They need contributions to help offset the expenses of renting or a fairy godmother to loan them a large, reliable vehicle to transport the five children.
